WHY JOIN CHOIR?
In Ball Jr High Choir, we're a family of singers that work together to make music and sing! We sing songs from all around the world, from movies and shows, as well as oldies and popular music, and we sing from the soul! In addition to developing communication skills, social skills, and skills in music, Choir will help you trust yourself and your voice and build confidence inside and outside the choir room. Come join our choir family of 145 students and growing! Sing with us!
Choir Classes
Mixed Chorus:
A beginning Level Choir Class, open to all students, no experience required. Students learn and are trained in fundamental skills of singing, harmonies, and reading music.
Intermediate Choir:
An all-Girls Choir, second level of choir. Enthusiasm and some skill in singing is required, with prior experience encouraged. Students go more in depth to learn skills and more complex harmonies in music.
Advanced Choir:
The highest level of choir at Ball Junior High. Enthusiasm, dedication, and singing skills are required for students, and prior experience and training in choir or singing is VERY highly recommended. More challenging music with three and four part harmonies are sung by both boys and girls. Advanced Choir members are seen as representatives of the Choir Program and Ball Junior High in our community.
